1/4 cup plain whole-milk yogurt

1 teaspoon organic apple cider vinegar

You also can add a few drops of any oil you might have at the moment. To obtain this rich hair mask,  you only have to mix all the ingredients and apply the mixture to roots to tips.Wear a shower cap and let it sit for 15 minutes and shampoo and rinse your hair as usual.

Other benefits from molasses:

Molasses it’s also beneficial to obtain back your natural hair color and to prevent gray hair. Because molasses has a high content of copper that produces melanin it is said to be able to darken the hair naturally. I am planning to add molasses to my hair regimen in order to tone done the color I have currently on my hair. In a future post I will talk about the results and to see if is true that I can have my black hair back without exposing it to hair dye.

Not only you can use this for your hair another way to consume molasses is by taking a tablespoon in the morning, this will provide you energy and prevent anemia. Molasses has a lot of health benefits that can help your hair and body, making this a superfood that should be in your kitchen because of its high contents of vitamins and minerals, namely iron, calcium, magnesium, and potassium.

I hope you found this post interesting or useful. Have you used molasses before? if so how do you use it?  Anyway, this is it for today’s post.
