Happy New Year! Is time to manifest our dream life and finally become the woman of our dreams through manifestations and smart goal planning. First things first, we have to do some self-reflection regarding how 2023 treated us. Look for a journal physical or digital and write about the obstacles you faced, the lessons learned, and the highs and lows of the past year. This will help to visualize any possible patterns that you might have and become more aware of what worked and didn’t work for you.
Manifest your dream life
It’s time to hop onto Pinterest and search for photos that represent all the things you want for this year. I downloaded all of my favorites and uploaded them on Canva to make my vision board. I love Canva because it makes it so easy to be creative with all of their stickers and tools. Have fun with it! make it a whole ritual with a glass of wine and playing your favorite songs on the background.
Who is she?
Who is this woman you aspire to become? what is her routine? What does her everyday life look like? I wrote a list of journaling prompts to help you define in detail this better version of yourself.
Take action!
You know what you want and the things you want to change. Is time to take action. Write a weekly to-do list of three things that will help you to get closer to your goal. For instance, you could write things like going to the gym, buying flowers, or trying a new recipe. Behave as if you are already have your dream life, and then the universe will conspire to make it a reality.
Believe that you are worthy of having a different life. More often than not, we hold ourselves back due to our belief system that has incripted the idea that we are not deserving of our ideal life.
I hope that 2024 will treat you with the utmost kindness and love and that you become the main character of your own story.
